Pneumatically controlled chuck Ø165
The Ø165 pneumatic chuck is a larger alternative to the Ø110 version. The universal chuck with an integrated air piston is fitted in an aluminium exchangeable pallet including a control valve and two clamping pins. To set this pallet, at least two clamping nests with 200 mm spacing are required. This ensures firm clamping important for roughing operations. The precise position of the chuck allows the pallet to be configured in any directions and setting points on the clamping base. On request, the chuck can be equipped with a foot pedal or electric switchboard for remote control.
