The interchangeable pallet for automatic loaders is specifically designed to meet the needs of flexible machining in an automated environment. It is equipped with a robust self-centering vise 3x VIS-E 82-214 and an adapter for the Robot Point quick-change system, ensuring precise and repeatable clamping of each workpiece.
The four bottom locating pins with a 200 mm pitch allow for quick loading into the AZV-T 4H 200 base without additional adjustment. This pallet is ideal for single-part and small-batch production, where short setup times and high stability during machining are essential. Thanks to the integrated RFID tag, each pallet is uniquely identifiable and ready for seamless integration into a modern production system.
